HISTORY

Greater Peace Baptist Church was founded in 2024 by Pastor Dr. James Louis Bumpus and our First Family. Built on a foundation of faith, love, and community, our ministry began with a vision to create a welcoming place for worship, spiritual growth, and service. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to sharing the Gospel, fostering fellowship, and making a positive impact in the lives of our members and the surrounding community.

As a growing ministry, we continue to build on our mission of faith, hope, and love, striving to be a church that nurtures spiritual wholeness and transformation.
